We are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction. Below are the terms and conditions that form our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there’s a significant delay, we will notify you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Continental United States
We offer Standard, Expedited, and Overnight shipping options at a calculated fee. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout. We only charge you what we incur for shipping to ensure you receive the best prices on parts and shipping.

Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) Delivery 7-10 business days

*NOTE:

  • Expedited and Overnight shipping may not be available for specific products.
  • Overnight delivery is available only for orders within the continental United States.*

Alaska and Hawaii
For orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, additional charges may apply. Please contact our customer service at 812-639-0120 or info@jisauto.com to place these orders. If extra shipping charges are necessary, we will inform you and provide options to accept or cancel the order.

Shipping Cutoff Times

  • Ground Shipping: Orders received by 2PM ET are typically shipped the same business day. Orders after 2PM ET will ship the following business day.
  • Overnight and 2-Day Shipping: Orders received by 12PM ET will ship the same day; orders after 12PM ET will ship the next business day.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses within the U.S.

Wrong or Incomplete Addresses

If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for all delivery costs to reship your order to the corrected address. We are not liable for lost orders if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking numbers will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

JIS Auto is not responsible for any taxes or duties applied to your order. All fees incurred during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

Delayed or Lost Orders

A parcel is considered lost if it remains in the postal system for 15 business days. While most orders arrive much sooner, we cannot dispatch a replacement until this period has elapsed.

Damages or Missing Parts

If your shipment is damaged, you must file a claim with the carrier. Please contact our customer service for assistance. Manufacturers often collaborate with us to resolve these issues.

To file a claim:

  • Save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
  • Take clear pictures of the damage.
  • If any parts are missing, highlight them on the parts list and take a picture.
  • Include an image of the shipping label and your order number.

International Shipping Policy

Currently, we do not ship outside the United States.
