Thank you for visiting and shopping at JIS Auto. At JIS Auto, our goal is to provide you the best shipping options, no matter where you are. Our mission every day is to deliver to hundreds of customers across the United States, and make sure that you always receive the highest level of Customer Satisfaction. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Continental United States

We offer Standard, Expedited*, and Overnight** shipping at a fee. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We only charge you what we are charged for shipping in order to offer you the lowest prices on parts and shipping.

Depending on the items in your cart, only a Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) delivery may be available.

* Shipping methods other than Standard Ground shipping may not be available due to specific products in an order.

** Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Alaska and Hawaii

For orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii additional charges may apply. To place these orders, please contact our customer service department at 812-639-0120 or We reserve the right to apply any additional shipping charges to your order when our customer service department has not been contacted. If additional shipping charges apply, we will contact you to give you the option of accepting the additional charges or canceling your order.

Shipping Cutoff Times

Ground shipping orders received by 2PM ET are usually shipped out the same business day via our ground shipping option. Orders received after 2PM ET are typically shipped the following business day.

Overnight and 2-Day Shipping orders are shipped out the same day if received by 12pm ET. Orders received after 12pm ET will ship out the following business day.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

JIS Auto ships to addresses within the U.S.. However, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Wrong or Incomplete Addresses

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery costs to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address, provided at checkout, is incomplete or incorrect.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information to track your package online. The tracking number(s) will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

JIS Auto is not responsible for any taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Delayed or Lost Orders

A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.

Damages or Missing Parts

If there is any damage to your shipment, a claim must be filed with the carrier. Please contact our customer service department, and we will assist you. Many times, the manufacturer will work with us to resolve the issue in case of damages.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Be prepared with good pictures showing any damage. If parts are missing, locate the parts list and circle any missing parts and take a picture. Also, please get a picture of the shipping label and have your order number handy. You can send all of this to, and we can start processing the damage or missing parts claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the United States.
