Words with the initial letter capitalized have the following meanings, regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural form.

- Goods: Items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders: Requests to purchase Goods from us.

- You: The individual or legal entity accessing or using the Service.
Returns
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:
- Goods were purchased within the last 30 days from our Website.
- Goods were purchased at regular price and not on discount (exclusions may apply based on applicable law).
- Goods are in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached, original documentation included, and contained in the original packaging.
- You have a receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., order number).
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- Special order Goods that are not continually stocked.
- Goods deemed hazardous, or containing flammable materials.
- Goods not suitable for return due to their nature, which deteriorate rapidly or have passed their expiry date.
- Goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons that were unsealed after delivery.
- Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
Note: We only replace Goods that are defective or damaged. Returned Goods will be replaced by the same item originally purchased.
Return Process
To exercise your right of cancellation, inform us of your decision via a clear statement and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You can request an RMA number by:

Once you receive your RMA number, securely package the Goods with the provided return form.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. We cannot issue a refund or exchange without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of return delivery.

Ship the Goods to the return address provided with your RMA number, as not all Goods are stocked at all locations. The Goods must be postmarked within 30 days after receipt.
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned Goods, we will process your return or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.
Refunds
Certain situations may warrant a partial refund:
- Goods not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Returns authorized more than 30 days after the receipt date.
- If a return label is provided and we determine you should have covered the return shipping.
- Some Goods may incur up to a 20% restocking fee.
If your return is approved, we will reimburse you no later than 7 business days from the receipt of the returned Goods. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for your Order. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund after taking these steps, please contact us at:
